Michelle has worked in the salon industry for over 10 years. Knowing she wanted to be a hairdresser from a very young age, she begun her career at the age of 14. Working her way up and educating herself as much as she could, she purchased Uni Hair and Beauty at the age of 19. She believes in education not only for herself and her staff but also to her clients. Make sure she provides her clients with the highest quality if customer services and education so they understand how to maintain their beautiful hair at home.
